ROY GORDON

Roy Gordon is a motivated and knowledgeable professional with an instinctual vocation for legal advocacy and a natural acumen for business. He helps clients all over New Jersey and Pennsylvania in a multitude of practice areas including commercial litigation, business and corporate law, and compliance. He provides personal and intuitive service and professional expertise in a wide range of legal and business focused areas. In addition to counseling businesses to ensure compliance with local, federal and international regulations, he represents individuals who have become the victim of consumer fraud and unconscionable business practices. Whether he is representing an individual, a small company or an international corporation, he has held true to his service background by anticipating and understanding his clients’ needs and goals.

Roy was selected as a 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star in the practice area of business law, an honor given to fewer than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state. He was also named to the 2021 Top Attorneys list in South Jersey Magazine. Roy also received the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association James Manderino Award for excellence in trial advocacy. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Burlington County Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Association, and the Bucks County Bar Association.

While studying undergraduate business at Stockton University, he worked in the service industry in Atlantic City casinos. While earning his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University, he lived in Philadelphia and juggled studying for both degrees, working in a law firm and bartending on nights and weekends. During that time, he also was President or Treasurer for several groups and societies involving both law and business.

Roy was a legal intern for The Honorable Michael J. Haas in the New Jersey Appellate Division, a law clerk at the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, and a legal intern for PECO general counsel prior to becoming an attorney at a well-known plaintiff’s civil litigation firm in Philadelphia. Thereafter, he founded multiple law firms including RHG Law.

He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
